Fees and FAQ

A referral is not required to access Soul Free Well Being services. However, if you wish to claim under Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan and Non Directive Pregnancy Counselling, a GP referral is required.

As a registered counsellor and credentialed mental health nurse (CMHN) Soul Free Well Being services are not covered under Better Access (Mental Health Care Plan).However we will bulk bill sessions under Medicare’s Chronic Disease Management Plan and Non Directive Pregnancy Counselling.

Mental health services for a patient who has a Chronic Disease Management Plan (MBS Item number 10956).If a GP has prepared a chronic disease management plan for the patient, they can receive a Medicare rebate for up to five sessions with allied health professionals. This can include the provision of mental health services provided by CMHNs.
Non Directive Pregnancy Counselling – A CMHN can provide up to three counselling sessions related to pregnancy issues when the patient is referred by their GP .

Soul Free Wellbeing is not a registered NDIS provider, although if you are self or program managed, our services can help you to meet your NDIS plan goals in a safe and professional way.

Soul Free Wellbeing is registered with the following Private Heath Providers. Bupa, AIA,Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA, CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health, and Westfund. Please consult your policy for rebate allowances.

Home or walk and talk sessions may be a possibility, but will incur an additional cost. Please enquire for details.
